I have realized, I never just write on this blog. I am usually standing ground on an issue or celebrating someone or something.
I don't talk much about my life.
I do that for good reason. This is the internet, after all.
Some have no fear of talking to oblivion and never knowing who sees your words. Where I can talk on great length about most subjects in person. Online, I am very weary of strangers. Go figure why I would start a blog.
I had many great intentions for this place. I wanted to fix it up a bit and make it somewhere I felt safe. I never got around to doing that. I decided I needed to.
This place is for me to continue where I left off. Starting to get things more on track. Understanding my options and goals.
This place is mine.
So Hi Oblivion! Folks in my childhood called me Mimi. You can call me Collette.

Big changes and little packages
I came back a little while ago to where I grew up and lived most of my life.
I returned for many reasons and I have to stay for many more.
Some big changes are:
Back in school and doing alright. I will be modest because these are all classes I am not concerned about. The hard ones are coming shortly.
Next is decisions have been made to benefit my future and make it bright for all parties involved. I am glad for this.
Little packages is an addition to my family:

Myumi was given to my mother on the day after my birthday. When she brought her home, she was the smallest little thing but fierce. She will cuddle with you one moment and bite the hell out of you the next.
She is my joy. I know Sara will love her. I know A will tolerate my love for my little mama.

What we found along the bike path here in Oz!
I have see seen this path but never walked on it.
So this Sunday we decided to change our routine and take Sara for a car ride and then a walk. She loved it.

We have matching sweatshirts...how cute are we?

This bend made me want to get my bike fixed right away as soon as I get back home.

This is a Buddhist temple of some sort that is not finished yet but is only accessible on the bike path. How cool is that. It has huge stone dragon pillars. I can't wait to see it completed.
